Man Accused of Locking Girlfriend's Children in Closets, Forcing Them to Eat Shoes

A Missouri man is behind bars, accused of horrific child abuse. The victims are three of his girlfriend's children who were allegedly beaten, starved, locked in closets and made to eat shoes.
